Jen helped me set up my appointment. Location is easy. Commercial and Bayview drive. There is plenty of parking. The staff was very professional. Upon meeting Dr. Silvana I felt immediately at ease. She took her time to explain the procedure to me. She was interested in what I wanted and made sure to take that into account. Being, it was my first time doing any cosmetic procedures to my face. Doctor Silvana understood my concerns of not wanting to it to look obvious. Customarily you would think injecting filler around your mouth would be painful. Being that she is a dentist she is able to numb your mouth from the inside. This makes receiving filler absolutely painless. She also puts topical lidocaine all over your forehead making Botox painless as well. She was so understanding and “held my hand through the process“. She has such a kind and sweet demeanor. She truly cares about her patient being comfortable and happy. Upon opening all products, she allows you to see that the vile is brand new. She also allows you to see that she has used the entire product. She believes in transparency with her patients, which I myself appreciate. I could not be happier with the results. I have seen many unfortunate cases of women doing cosmetic procedures to their faces. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Silvana. You will not regret it. While I was there, I also made an appointment for a dental exam. I have had my dentist locally for over 30 years. For me to even consider switching Dentists; is a huge compliment to Dr. Silvana. I am very grateful that I found her. She is the BEST. Would highly recommend.
